Kale

There are two types of kale, dinosaur and curly. The dinosaur is an extra-dark green, noncurled but heavily blistered (savoyed). It has rich, tender leaves and a softer texture than curly green kales. The curly is fine with dark blue-green leaves. The plants are compact, uniform, and have good flavor.
